1. Open the Chrome browser.
2. Delete ALL current Streamline Payments bookmark(s) you have saved by clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of Chrome browser, navigating to Bookmarks, and right clicking/deleting any current Streamline Payments bookmarks:
3. Create a new bookmark: Copy and paste the current merchant login url into the address bar at the top of the browser window, then press Enter on your keyboard.
4. Once the login page loads, click on the star icon in the top right of the address bar, then click Add bookmark.
5. Label the bookmark Streamline Login and select a location to save the bookmark:
6. Click More...
7. Copy and paste the current merchant login url into the url field listed under Name and click Save:
8. Next, clear cookies/cache: Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of Chrome browser, navigate to More tools. Click Clear browsing data. At the top, choose the All time range. Ensure the boxes next to Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files have check marks by them, then click Clear data.
9. Close and Re-open the Chrome browser, then login using the newly created bookmark.
